"Seek wisdom to temper justice with compassion." The concept is that the Angel of Mercy is seen encouraging the Lady of Justice. She is staying the sword of justice to keep it from being used too swiftly, tempering it with compassion.

The office is located on the first floor of the historic 98 Lewis Joint Venture Building, across from the Wendy' restaurant at the intersection of Marshall and Lewis Streets. The entrance is facing the Wendys parking lot.
DIRECTIONS FROM 410 AND `0H-10 IN SAN ANTONIO: Take IH-10 East, in downtown take I35 north on the upper deck and take the McCollough exhit. Turn Left and do a turnaround taking the access road heading south. At the intersection with San Pedro take a right and watch for the Wendys on your right.
